Yacht Dyna® Splashes as Newest Benetti With Oasis Deck

A repeat Benetti buyer has his latest project from the Italian shipyard in the water. She’s the yacht Dyna®, one of several projects the builder has under contract in its B.Now 50M series.

The new yacht’s name may be familiar to those of you who have been following yachting for some time. The owner took delivery of a same-named Benetti Classic 121 more than a decade ago. (Sometimes media and brokerage listings had her as Dyna R.) She was a semi-custom fiberglass yacht, where as the B.Now 50M series is a semi-custom steel and aluminum line.

Just like the owner of the yacht Alunya (below), which saw delivery last year, this particular owner opted for the Oasis Deck configuration. A popular feature, the Oasis Deck positions a glass pool aft, straddling the space connecting the swim platform and main aft deck. The main aft deck is actually part of that “oasis” concept, too, since fold-down bulwarks transform it. It looks and feels like it’s part of the pool area and swim platform, creating one large open-air beach club.

Fittingly, tones of sand amid an anything-but-fussy interior keep that airy, comfortable feel going. Notably, the owner invited Benetti’s in-house interior-design department to come to his home a few times to better understand how he wanted to live onboard. The 164-foot (50-meter) yacht Dyna® is for the owner and his guests to enjoy each other’s company, featuring an alfresco cinema space on the upper deck, along with a firepit. To ensure they relax, too, the lower deck has a spa and massage room.

Simultaneously, it was important to the owner to create some truly exceptional spaces. In fact, work from different Italian artists creates mini galleries amid the main saloon, the foyer on the main deck, and the master suite. Additionally, each of the guest staterooms aboard the yacht Dyna® has its own personality, reflecting the tastes of the family or friends who will stay in it.
