Yacht St. David Cruises Back to Your TV in Below Deck Season 11

The Caribbean coastline of Grenada is the setting for the upcoming season of the juggernaut series Below Deck. Season 11 stars a familiar superyacht, too, which is also the biggest boat in the show’s history. She’s the yacht St. David.

A Benetti build from 2008 (her original name was Xanadu), St. David first appeared in the television series last year. The 197-footer (60-meter) was featured in Below Deck season 10 in St. Lucia, in fact. The series’ longtime captain, Lee Rosbach, won’t be at the wheel, however. Taking his place is Capt. Kerry Titheradge (bottom of page), who took the helm in the one-season spinoff Below Deck Adventure. Titheradge, an Australian native with 20 years’ experience in yachting, admits that he has “big shoes to fill.”

If you’re a series fan but happened to miss season 10, you’re in for some stunning sights onboard. Arguably one of the most elaborate megayachts to ever appear on the program, the yacht St. David features the work of Winch Design. The owner, who acquired the yacht in 2018, worked with the studio to ensure rich details appeared throughout, purposely to appeal to charter clients seeking an extra-luxurious experience. For example, the upper-deck dining area (above) sits upon a mosaic floor. The shapes of the turquoise, white, and gold tiles mimic designs you might see in Tuscany. Adding to the ambience, rounded sliding glass doors can open to turn the dining area into more of an alfresco space.

Interestingly, the Italian Riviera influenced the look of many areas onboard. This even includes the six staterooms, four of which are doubles that can convert to twins. While the full-beam VIP suite is beautiful, the master suite deserves the most attention. It has a split-level arrangement, with the sleeping area on the higher level. Naturally, it benefits from panoramic views. The suite includes a private lounge and a stairway, too.

Speaking of stairways, a spiral stairway (above) rises through the center of the megayacht’s three decks. Cleverly, the yacht St. David has a skylight at the very top of the stairs, which just so happens to be the glass bottom of the sundeck hot tub. On a related note, that hot tub is oversize compared to most, further in proximity to a bar. It’s a favorite of charter guests.

Toys are always a favorite of charter guests, and the yacht St. David delivers in this respect. A 24-foot (7.2-meter) Four Winns powerboat is a tender, as is a RIB for beach landings. Two PWCs, SeaBobs, an electric foiling surfboard, an inflatable slide, and more are available as well.

Below Deck Season 11 premieres on February 5, 2024 on Bravo, streaming on Peacock the following day. In the meantime, you can charter St. David through her central agents at Morley Yachts. Her weekly rate starts at €325,000.
