Superyacht East Coast Promoting Eastern Canada for Cruising

Talk in yachting when it comes to exploring Canada focuses on British Columbia. However, there’s an entirely other coast to enjoy, too. Superyacht East Coast is shining the spotlight on the Atlantic side. It’s connecting owners, captains, and guests with services and creating experiences for them in the region.

Strategically, Superyacht East Coast has offices in Halifax, Nova Scotia as well as Fort Lauderdale. Adam Langley, the company’s president, is in Halifax. Previously, he oversaw marine operations and development for Develop Nova Scotia, a government initiative. Some companies already see strong interest among their clients. For instance, Northrop & Johnson has discovered that 19 percent of its customers want to explore Canada’s Atlantic coast on down to New England. Kimberly Ibarra, heading up Superyacht East Coast’s Florida office, and with experience in yachting and private aviation, understands why. “I have travelled all over the world, and the natural beauty of Canada’s East Coast is breathtaking,” she explains. “The fact that it is relatively undiscovered by the yachting industry is something rare.”

Among the destinations Superyacht East Coast strongly believes you should visit: Cape Breton Island (pictured). In fact, CNN Travel includes it on its “where to travel 2022” list. A massive 3,981 square miles (10,311 square kilometers) in size, it offers plenty to do and see.
