More than 60 superyachts of all shapes and sizes have descended upon the waters of Biscayne Bay in advance of the weekend. It’s because Hard Rock Stadium in Miami is hosting the Big Game, the main event of the U.S. sporting calendar. Of course, the week leading up to the game has seen plenty of action, too, from VIP receptions to athlete meet-and-greets. From yachts belonging to NFL team owners to ones booked by charter guests, here are some of the superyachts in Miami for Super Bowl LIV, in alphabetical order.
- Aquila. This 281-footer (85.6-meter) has a fantastic indoor bar for watching the Big Game. Specifically, it’s the London Bar (at top), named for the famed British city. Mirrored-glass panels behind the liquor bottles on display slide open to reveal a TV.
- Bravo Eugenia. Bravo Eugenia is in Miami for Super Bowl LIV because her owner, Jerry Jones, also owns the Dallas Cowboys. He named the yacht for his wife. Jones was spotted onboard the 357’6″ (108-meter) vessel, one of the largest deliveries of 2018, in Miami a week ago.
- Chasseur. Having just changed hands last month, the 160-foot (48.8-meter) Chasseur (above) could be entertaining her new owners and/or friends and family. However, since she also chartered over the last several years, she could be honoring a Super Bowl LIV commitment.
- DB9. Longtime yachting enthusiast and founder of burger chain BurgerFi John Rosatti acquired DB9 last year. He’s a Florida resident, so he’s not far from home. LOA: 171 feet (52.5 meters).
- DreAMBoat. DreAMBoat was one of the first superyachts in Miami for Super Bowl LIV, arriving a week ago. Arthur Blank, the owner of the Atlanta Falcons, commissioned the yacht for family time. You can’t miss this 295-footer (90-meter). A falcon sculpture adorns her bow, replicating one outside the Falcons’ home field.
- Kismet. Kismet is in Miami for Super Bowl LIV because she belongs to an NFL team owner, too. Specifically, he’s Shad Khan, owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars. He and his guests have a fantastic place to watch the game: a two-deck-high video wall in an atrium that also contains a piano bar (above).
- Lady S. Even the biggest OLED television cannot show the Big Game the way the screen in Lady S’s theater can. It’s an IMAX theater. Even more impressive, the theater seats 12 people and spreads over two levels. Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder further had 8K TVs installed in the guest suites.
- Madsummer. A Miami hotelier who owned a previous yacht named Madsummer (above) enjoys private time aboard this 312-footer (95-meter). Comfortably casual cruising is what he reportedly enjoys the most, so the megayacht’s ambience is relaxed. Additionally, it’s awash in tones of blue, a favorite, and fantastic art.
- ROCK.IT. Jimmy John Liautaud, the founder of Jimmy John’s sandwich chain, and his wife Leslie commissioned ROCK.IT. Interestingly, this is further their first yacht. The 198-footer (60.35-meter) is among the largest superyachts in Miami for Super Bowl LIV.
- Utopa IV. Miami residents JR and Loren Ridinger keep their yacht in town. The 207-footer (63-meter) often entertains their family and business associates. The Ridingers are the founders of the multi-level marketing company Market America and Shop.com.
